TL;DR TOS

This does NOT spare you from my "real" TOS.

This is not a substitute for my Terms of Service, but a shorter explanation for your convenience to get an overview.

Disclaimer: Check the TOS every time before each commission. They might have changed. As we all do.

1. Prices and Payment

All prices and your invoice will be in Euro (€). (...or SEK if you prefer that. Whatever floats your boat.)
You will need to pay in full upfront, unless we discuss split payment (50% upfront and 50% after the sketch WIP) or a payment plan.
Wait for the invoice, do not send payment before.
Feel free to leave a tip, I always appreciate it! <3
If you're not an adult, don't ask for a commission. No lying!
You have to pay me (duh!). If someone else pays for you and then files a charge-back it becomes your responsibility to pay me.
I need your real name, country of residence and E-Mail address for legal reasons.

2. Rights

In short: your character is yours, my art is mine.
Do not use the image for anything but personal use (personal use does not include advertising, charity/non-profit, profit, website banners, brands or logos, selling prints etc.)
Do not alter the image (shading, coloring etc.) without my permission.
If you want a commission to remain private, there will be a fee for that. There's no fee if you only want me to keep it private until e.g. someone's birthday.
If your commission is semi-private (you can publish it, but I won't), there will be a small fee for that. This is because I'm willing to draw certain topics, but don't want to showcase them in my galleries.

3. Deadlines, Rush fees and Communication

If you have a deadline, tell me.
If you forgot to tell me, I might not make it in time. Don't blame me.
If your deadline is especially short or you forgot to tell me earlier, there's likely a Rush fee or a nope coming your way.
Check your E-Mail regularly. If I don't hear back from you within 14 days, I might continue without your answer or cancel after a reasonable amount of time without sufficient feedback.
Tell me if you are away to make sure I wait for your answer more than 14 days.
You can contact me for an update on your commission and will get an answer within 14 days.
Art takes time, so please don't rush me. Your picture will not come out better or be made faster by pushing me.
Use the commission form to order and use my E-Mail to contact me, there's no guarantee I will see or keep in mind what you sent me anywhere else.

4. Accuracy of information

What you give is what you get, give specific descriptions and example pictures.
I will use my right to artistic freedom for what was left out or vague.
I can't read your mind. If you think I can, you might get disappointed.
There are extra costs if you change your mind later or didn't clearly mention something before.

5. Edits and WIPs

For commissions where I offer WIPs you're free to request changes.
If any changes are unreasonable (in amount or extent), I might say no or charge a fee.
One time Fix: If you find mistakes after your picture is finished, write all down within 21 days and I'll try to fix it once free of charge. There are exceptions to this which you can find in the full TOS.

6. Kill fee, Cancellation and Refunds

Be absolutely sure before you commission me. You're paying for my time and materials of drawing a picture, not a product that can be returned if you change your mind.
Both you and me have the right to cancel a commission at any time.
The "Kill fee" is 15% of the full commission price, it is non-refundable.
Apart from that, a partial refund might be given if you or I decide to cancel a commission.
If the commission is finished and you decide that you suddenly don't like/want it anymore, that's on you. There will be no refund.

7. Asshole Clause

There's a problem? Please send a private message and discuss things in a civil manner.
If you are an asshole, I'll nope out of this faster than anyone has ever noped aboard the nope train.
Also, behaving nasty gets people blocked.
